NEXUS Ball Control Master Challenge
Will YOU be the first NEXUS Ball Control Master?
This is a set list of five challenges athletes must record themselves performing. The videos are then uploaded to Instagram for opportunities to win prizes and bragging rights as the Nexus Ball Control Master. For this, be sure to use the Ball Control Library as a training tool.
NEXUS has created two drills & skills videos to help you improve ball control while we’re all at home. Use the drills posted on our NEXUS IGTV channel to sharpen your skills for the Ball Control Master Challenge.
Let us know what you like, what you find challenging and be sure to post videos of your progress/ personal best scores to your own Instagram stories!

Challenge Rules
- Open March 24 -March 31, winners draw on April 1
- Submit videos to Nexus volleyball via: DM on Instagram, Email, Text(?),
- 5 drill challenge – advanced (TBD by March 20/21)
- Intro video – geoff/nick
- Complete minimum 4/5 challenges to be entered
- Winners drawn on April 1 receive a vball Prize pack
Prepare for the Challenge!
NEXUS has started a Ball Control Library of videos on Instagram. The first two videos are Basic and Advanced Skills you can do in right your house to help you improve ball control while we’re all “social distancing” by staying at home.
Use the drill videos posted on our NEXUS IGTV channel to sharpen your skills for the Ball Control Master Challenge.

Video Submission Policy
NEXUS reserves the right to use videos submitted during this challenge on our NEXUS Volleyball website and/or Instagram and Facebook accounts for marketing and promotional purposes. Names or other personal identification of student participants will not be used.
