You have demonstrated above-average skill for your age-group. Sessions will be high-intensity, fast-paced, and physically and mentally demanding. Training will be position-specific as well as group-oriented.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
DATES: Sundays Sep 15, 22, 29 & Oct 6
TIME: 10:00am – 12:00pm (all 4 sessions)
VENUE: St. Joseph High School Field House, 2700 67 Street, Red Deer, AB T4P 1C2
REGISTRATION CLOSES TUESDAY AUGUST 27 at 6:00PM.
NOTE: NEXUS may add two more sessions, at an additional cost, if there is enough interest. NEXUS will assess interest levels once the program begins.
